 I am very sorry to let you know about another of the De la Mesa Original Owners. Don Johnson died peacefully last night at the Hospital. Our deepest sympathies to Shirley. Click here for Don's obituary.

EASTER CELEBRATION, Updated Mar. 4, 2021
It is time to party at the gazebo. Many of us have had the vaccinations and are feeling that we can have a gathering outside on Sat., Apr. 3, at 5 PM at the pool.
We are having an Easter Pot Luck with an Easter Bonnet contest and an Easter Egg Hunt as we did 2 years ago. That was such fun. Please bring your own utensils, beverage and a dish to share.

CHEERLEADER'S FASHION SHOW, Updated Mar. 2, 2021
Hello!
Last year some of the ladies of DLM purchased a ticket for the 2020 Cheerleaders' Fashion Show at Laurel Manor. As you know, the pandemic caused us to cancel that event, but we always knew we would reschedule when safety prevailed. We are NOW ready to have the event!
This year, however, the Fashion Show will be a little different....no fashions, but, we have come up with a new idea!!
On Friday, March 12 at 11 a.m. in front of the Chicken Salad Chickrestaurant, the Villages Cheerleaders will be performing a rock and roll routine for your enjoyment and once again offering our beautiful baskets for a raffle. I have an new entry ticket for each of you that bought one last year,
This year our chosen charity is the "Villagers for Veterans" and funds will be used to support the Honor flights for Women.
You will receive your new ticket by next Thursday. Once again, thank you for your support of our charities!
